The Senior Sales, OTC Derivatives is responsible for driving Equity Derivatives sales initiatives and expanding market presence. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver tailored structured solutions that meet client needs.
Job Description
In this role, you will support the Derivatives Sales desk in daily operations focused on enhancing the corporate derivatives business. You will engage with various stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Equity Derivatives sales initiatives to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop structured solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the government of Malaysia.
3-5 years’ experience in sales of financial products.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and presenting in Mandarin.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership qualities and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel when required.
