
The Senior Specialist, Channel Management will play a crucial role in managing RHB Pay, a digital merchant payment channel. This position involves collaborating with various teams to enhance merchant adoption and optimize performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will support the positioning and management of RHB Pay as a strategic digital merchant payment channel. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to execute channel strategies, drive merchant adoption, and optimize commercial performance in alignment with business objectives.
3–6 years of experience in channel management, product management, payments, digital banking, or related roles
Strong analytical and commercial acumen with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Experience supporting SDLC processes, UAT coordination, and cross-functional project execution
Good understanding of merchant acquiring, digital payments, or fintech ecosystem is an added advantage
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
