The Senior Specialist, Channel Management is responsible for supporting the positioning and management of RHB Pay as a strategic digital merchant payment channel. Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve executing channel strategies and working closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital payment experience for merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the positioning and management of RHB Pay as a digital merchant payment channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute channel strategies.
- Drive merchant adoption through effective marketing and sales initiatives.
- Optimize commercial performance in alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze data to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support.
Job Requirements
3–6 years of experience in channel management, product management, payments, digital banking, or related roles.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Experience supporting SDLC processes and cross-functional project execution.
Good understanding of merchant acquiring and digital payments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
