Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve collaborating with various internal stakeholders to enhance business processes. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on executing OTC derivatives transactions and managing compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regulatory processes for structured product issuance.
- Support the execution of OTC derivatives transactions.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Trading teams.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in product execution.
- Enhance business processes continuously.
- Analyze market trends and regulatory changes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product governance.
Job Requirements
A recognised degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–6 years of relevant experience in treasury, derivatives, structured products, or capital markets.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and product governance within financial markets.
Experience in structured warrants, OTC derivatives, or related product solutions is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
