In this role, you will engage in day-to-day risk assessment and underwriting activities, working closely with various teams to develop impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee risk assessment and underwriting processes for SME and Corporate businesses. - Drive innovative product development initiatives to meet market demands. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer journeys. - Scale impactful solutions aligned with business objectives. - Conduct risk surveys and customize policies to meet client needs. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth. - Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Job Requirements
5–8 years of experience in underwriting, SME/Corporate insurance, or commercial lines.
Strong technical underwriting knowledge with experience in risk surveys and policy customization.
Good understanding of SME and Corporate customer segments and distribution strategies.
Experience in product development, process improvement, or digital platform initiatives is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
