Role Summary
The Senior Team Member, Corporate Taskforce is responsible for monitoring and managing the credit risk of the loan portfolio. This role plays a critical part in identifying distressed accounts and collaborating with various teams to ensure financial stability.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily activities focused on assessing credit risks and working closely with Relationship Managers to rehabilitate high-risk accounts. You will also prepare asset quality reports and collaborate with the Loan Recovery Division on impaired accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the credit risk of the loan portfolio.
- Identify early warning signs of financial deterioration in accounts.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to rehabilitate distressed accounts.
- Conduct timely account reviews and assessments.
- Prepare asset quality reports for management review.
- Work closely with the Loan Recovery Division on impaired accounts.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ experience in corporate banking or commercial banking.
Preferably a Certified Credit Professional or have passed the Omega’s Credit Skill Assessment (CSA).
Strong relationship management skills.
Excellent marketing and business prospecting abilities.
Proven negotiating and interpersonal skills.
