As a Sequencing & Molding Manager, you will lead and optimize production operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality output. Your responsibilities include overseeing production planning, mold maintenance, and machine availability while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. You will drive lean manufacturing initiatives, manage costs, and collaborate cross-departmentally to support business growth and plant operations in the tire manufacturing sector.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain Planning.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tire manufacturing or a related industry.
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Expertise in production planning, control, and material forecasting.
Strong knowledge of mold management, maintenance, and machine availability.
Proficient in lean manufacturing practices like Kanban, Kaizen, 5S, and CIM.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).
