
The Service Lead is responsible for leading and supporting the service team during operations. This role ensures a seamless dining experience for guests by coordinating effectively between the service and kitchen teams.
In this role, you will oversee daily outlet operations and assist in shift planning to maintain high standards of service. You will monitor service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) while welcoming guests and addressing their feedback professionally.
