This role is a Service & Operations Executive based in Penang, responsible for managing daily branch transactions and maintaining service quality standards. The position includes responsibilities such as cash handling, transaction processing, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting branch operations and business growth.
The role is responsible for managing day-to-day transactions at the branch and ensuring that service quality standards align with the Bank's strategic objectives. The position acts as a relief for the Service & Operations Manager and as Chief Cashier or Relief Chief Cashier, overseeing branch cash holdings, balancing, SST loading, and transaction processing. The role also involves handling and supporting the first line resolution of customer inquiries and complaints, and supporting branch business growth, asset quality monitoring, and maintaining service delivery standards.
Minimum SPM preferably credit in language subjects (BM & English) and Mathematics.
Relevant experience in clerical, office administrative, cash handling function, sales or customer service.
