Job Description
The Shopfloor Training Coordinator oversees the implementation and documentation of qualification systems within production. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking all training and development programs and strategies. Additionally, the role involves supporting training activities and skill qualifications for blue-collar workers in support functions, ensuring a highly skilled and efficient manufacturing workforce.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or training environments.
Previous experience in a supervisory position within manufacturing.
Cross-functional experience gained through diverse projects or assignments.
Proficiency in both Malay and English for effective communication.
Strong ability to document and implement training systems and forms.
