The Shopfloor Training Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation and documentation of qualification systems within production. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a highly skilled and efficient manufacturing workforce through effective training and development programs.
In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking all training and development programs and strategies within the manufacturing environment. You will support training activities and skill qualifications for blue-collar workers in support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or training environments.
Previous experience in a supervisory position within manufacturing.
Cross-functional experience gained through diverse projects or assignments.
Proficiency in both Malay and English for effective communication.
