Additionally, the role involves supporting training activities and skill qualifications for blue-collar workers in support functions, ensuring a highly skilled and efficient manufacturing workforce.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Science, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or training environments.

Previous experience in a supervisory position within manufacturing.

Cross-functional experience gained through diverse projects or assignments.

Proficiency in both Malay and English for effective communication.

Strong ability to document and implement training systems and forms.
