Job Description
As a Site Quantity Surveyor, you will manage pre- and post-contract activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and project procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing tender documents, bills of quantities, cost estimates, and other commercial documentation for procurement and tendering purposes, as well as evaluating tender submissions and supporting subcontractor and supplier selection and negotiations.
