Job Description
The Site Supervisor will engage in daily supervision of construction or renovation activities, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and safely. The role requires close monitoring of progress and collaboration with site staff, clients, and contractors to facilitate a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction or renovation activities.
- Coordinate with site staff to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor progress and quality of work performed on-site.
- Maintain safety compliance and enforce safety protocols.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors for project updates.
- Prepare and document progress reports and site activities.
- Manage site staff and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Be available for outstation assignments and overtime as required.
Job Requirements
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction/project management role.
Own transportation and willingness to travel outstation for projects.
Flexible and available for overtime when necessary.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
