This role involves handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations, and managing invoices, payments, and receipts accurately. The position also supports administrative tasks such as office coordination, document management, and record keeping, while assisting in improving operational processes and financial workflows. Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth office and financial operations is required.

Job Requirements

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience.

Familiarity with SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, or other accounting software is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Own transport is required.
