
The SMB Channel Manager role focuses on driving sales through partner management and business planning. You will lead and coach partners to maximize their sales effectiveness while identifying new opportunities for growth.
As an SMB Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual targets. Your role includes coaching partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge about Maxis products. You will also collect market intelligence to propose strategic improvements.
Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization, preferably in business, IT, marketing or related disciplines
3 to 5 years in corporate sales (B2B) and/or channel sales management
Strong business acumen and ability to motivate partners
Result-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work independently under pressure
Positive, passionate, and collaborative team player
Confident in representing the company professionally
