Spa Support Experts play a crucial role in supporting various essential spa functions within hotels. They contribute to creating a memorable and unique spa experience for guests by performing a variety of tasks such as promoting spa services and retail, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering guest inquiries, checking in guests, and processing payments. They ensure transactions are smoothly integrated into the overall guest experience while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and quality standards. The role requires physical activity including standing, walking, and moving objects, as well as the ability to use reservation software effectively.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No related work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and maintain quality standards.
Basic proficiency in managing reservation software.
