The Spare Part Assistant will support the operations of CARSOME Certified Lab by managing daily spare parts activities. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, checking for discrepancies, recording stock movements, and ensuring proper storage. The role also involves inventory control, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining safety standards in the store. The assistant will document damaged parts and assist with spare parts inquiries and purchasing as needed.
A tertiary qualification or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/store and inventory operations
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Computer literate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Independent and dynamic
