As a Specialist 2 in the Inside Product team, you will engage with customers through various channels including phone, chat, and email to provide consultation and sell innovative solutions. You will stay updated on industry trends to effectively position Dell products against alternatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability.
- Deliver technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Identify how Dell products align with customer requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with customers in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Stay updated on new products, technology trends, and service offerings.
- Build and manage strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies.
Job Requirements
Experience working in a sales environment and in a technical role.
Knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
