The Operations and Fusion Center Operator role within Dell's Security & Resiliency organization involves providing security support and protecting company assets by identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents. This role includes collaborating with global human resources, regional security teams, cyber response teams, and supply chain partners to intake and triage incidents affecting Dell Technologies operations. The operator is responsible for responding to global safety and security incidents by receiving, analyzing, and dispatching response teams, continuously monitoring Dell facilities, team members, and assets 24/7, and actively monitoring global security threats impacting travel hubs and travelers. The position requires receiving, evaluating, and disseminating information from various sources including security personnel, employees, and local agencies. This position is onsite at a Dell Technologies facility in Cyberjaya.
