Job Description
The Specialist for Data Analytics & Automation will drive AI integration and data-driven innovation across AIA's operations. You will design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate, develop advanced dashboards in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and integrate Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, piloting new technologies, and advocating for best practices in AI governance and data security.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in automation, data analytics, or AI-related roles.
Proven experience implementing enterprise-level automation and analytics solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), and Copilot.
Strong understanding of AI governance, data security, and automation standards.
Experience with innovation projects or digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to work onsite in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya as required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
