The Specialist - Data Analytics & Automation is responsible for driving AI integration and data-driven innovation across AIA's operations. This role involves designing and implementing automated workflows, developing advanced dashboards, and enhancing productivity through technology integration.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and pilot new technologies. You will be engaged in a dynamic environment focused on operational efficiency and best practices in AI governance and data security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive AI integration and data-driven innovation across operations.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop advanced dashboards in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Pilot new technologies and advocate for best practices.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance and data security standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in automation, data analytics, or AI-related roles.
Proven experience implementing enterprise-level automation and analytics solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), and Copilot.
Strong understanding of AI governance and data security.
