The Specialist, Merchant Success is responsible for supporting the operational excellence of collection and receivables products. This role involves overseeing operational processes and ensuring a seamless merchant experience while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include fraud monitoring and financial performance reporting. You will work closely with various teams to enhance operational governance and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor fraud activities to protect merchant interests.
- Report on financial performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Product, IT, Compliance, and Risk teams.
- Strengthen operational governance through collaboration.
- Drive continuous process improvements across operations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Job Requirements
2–5 years of experience in payment operations, merchant operations, financial services, or fintech environment.
Strong understanding of operational process management and incident handling.
Experience in financial and performance reporting with strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with BNM regulations, PayNet guidelines, and PCI-DSS standards.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
