Key Responsibilities:
2–5 years of experience in payment operations, merchant operations, financial services, or fintech environment.
Strong understanding of operational process management and incident handling.
Experience in financial and performance reporting with strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with BNM regulations, PayNet guidelines, and PCI-DSS standards.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
