SPECIALIST NURSE,HEAMODIALYSIS – KPJ Healthcare

The Specialist Nurse, Hemodialysis is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to dialysis patients. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to assess patient conditions and ensure adherence to medical protocols.

In this position, you will engage in daily patient assessments and collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive dialysis care. You will also manage patient records and report any abnormalities to medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to nursing care vision, mission, goals, and objectives.
• Notify the unit manager of any changes that could impact care standards.
• Obtain and hand over reports of patient progress during shift changes.
• Visit patients to assess conditions and re-plan nursing care.
• Provide comprehensive dialysis patient care using the nursing process approach.
• Manage all phases of dialysis treatment and maintain patient records.
• Promptly report abnormalities to medical professionals.
