Job Description
The Specialist Nurse in Labour & Delivery is responsible for providing specialized nursing care to newborns requiring close monitoring and medical support. This role involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with team members to ensure optimal patient care. The nurse will also engage in health education for parents and participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
Job Requirements
Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
Post Basic qualification in Neonate.
Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
Possess certification in BLS and NRP.
Proficient in writing and conversing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shifts, and weekends.
Passionate and committed to patient-centered care.
