Job Description
In this position, you will handle day-to-day operations and technical support within OSTTRA's suite, focusing on client services. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, configuring products, and maintaining productive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for clients using OTC derivatives post-trade processing services.
- Monitor and investigate platform issues to ensure timely resolution.
