Job Description
The Airport Inspection & Passenger Survey Associate is responsible for conducting daily washroom inspections and passenger surveys at designated airport locations. This role involves basic data analysis and reporting, including preparation of monthly presentation materials and participation in client meetings. Key responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, collecting passenger feedback, compiling data using Microsoft Excel, and preparing reports and presentations. The role requires engagement with clients during review meetings to present findings and observations.
Job Requirements
Experience in inspections, audits, surveys, fieldwork or operations is an advantage
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, charts)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Comfortable with on-site work and public interaction
Detail-oriented and observant
Able to work independently and follow standard procedures
Reliable, punctual and professional
Willingness to work on weekends on a rotational basis
