Role Summary
The T&T Consultant - ETP As Service/Operate (SAP Security) is responsible for providing high-level support in SAP Security. This role involves troubleshooting complex incidents and leading solution designs to ensure high-quality delivery for diverse clients across various industries.
Job Description
As a T&T Consultant specializing in SAP Security, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include providing Level 2 and Level 3 Application Managed Services support. You will work in a collaborative environment, coaching junior team members and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Application Managed Services support.
- Troubleshoot complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Lead solution designs for enhancements and manage effort estimations.
- Ensure high-quality delivery within established SLAs.
- Coach junior team members and support their development.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support project implementations and business development efforts.
Job Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC Security (GRC).
Certifications in SAP, ITIL, or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE, or Agile).
Proven ability to lead discussions and engage stakeholders.
Proficiency in English; multilingual skills in Mandarin or Malay are a plus.
Willingness to work on rotation and travel to client sites as required.
