Job Description
As a T&T Consultant specializing in SAP Security, you will provide Level 2 and Level 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support, troubleshooting complex production incidents and performing root cause analysis. You will lead solution designs for enhancements, manage effort estimations, and ensure high-quality delivery within established SLAs. Additionally, the role involves coaching junior team members, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting project implementations or business development efforts to drive value for diverse clients across various industries.
Job Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC Security (GRC).
Strong knowledge of integration with other SAP modules for end-to-end business processes.
Experience in technical debugging and incident management is a significant advantage.
Certifications in SAP, ITIL, or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE, or Agile).
Proficiency in English; multilingual skills in Mandarin or Malay are a plus.
Proven ability to lead discussions, engage stakeholders, and coach junior staff.
Willingness to work on rotation and travel to client sites as required.
