Role Summary

The T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant - Organization Workforce Transformation (Change Management) is responsible for supporting organizational transformation initiatives. This role involves collaborating with project managers and client teams to develop and implement effective change management strategies.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and working closely with project teams. You will also facilitate client workshops and support financial administration of engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support organizational transformation by gathering and analyzing information.
  • Formulate and test hypotheses to develop recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with project managers to implement recommendations.
  • Facilitate client workshops to drive change initiatives.
  • Assist with financial administration of engagements.
  • Provide support for organizational and change initiatives.
  • Analyze complex issues and recommend solutions.

Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent.

Minimum 4-6 years of working experience, preferably in consulting with change management exposure.

Strong logic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of change management methodologies is an advantage.

Experience in a management consulting firm or HR consulting organization is preferred.

Candidates with experience in HR function processes, change management, organization design, talent management, or leadership development are encouraged to apply.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
