The role involves supporting organizational transformation by gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and working closely with project managers to develop recommendations for clients. The position also includes implementing recommendations with project and client teams, providing support for organizational and change initiatives, facilitating client workshops, and assisting with financial administration of engagements.
Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Sociology or equivalent.
Minimum 4-6 years of working experience, preferably in consulting with change management exposures.
Strong logic, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse complex issues, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions.
Demonstrates good knowledge of change management methodologies will be an advantage.
Experience in a management consulting firm or HR consulting organization is preferred.
Candidates with experience in HR function processes, change management, organization design, talent management or leadership development are encouraged to apply.
