The Consultant, Cyber Defense & Resilience (VAPT) is responsible for simulating sophisticated real-world cyberattacks to identify vulnerabilities in various infrastructures. Job Description
As a Cyber Defense & Resilience Consultant, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve conducting vulnerability assessments and developing remediation strategies. You will work in a dynamic environment, staying ahead of emerging threats and ensuring robust security measures are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Simulate real-world cyberattacks to identify vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective remediation strategies.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments on various infrastructures.
- Advise clients on secure coding practices and security best practices.
- Communicate complex security findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and security trends.
- Work effectively within a diverse and inclusive team environment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in VAPT (web, network, mobile, cloud, or thick client).
Proficient with security tools including Burp Suite Pro, Nmap, Wireshark, and Metasploit.
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python or Bash.
Familiarity with mobile application security frameworks for iOS and Android.
Excellent communication skills for presenting technical details to stakeholders.
