Role Summary
The TAC IP Engineer (Senior/Junior) is responsible for delivering operational support and ensuring the stability and reliability of the IP/MPLS network. This role involves resolving escalations and leading preventive maintenance to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operational support activities, performing network health checks and providing Level 3 technical support. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on maintaining high service quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational support and perform network health checks on the IP/MPLS network.
- Resolve escalations from 1st-level support to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Lead preventive maintenance initiatives to ensure network reliability.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex issues.
- Conduct performance audits to improve service quality.
- Provide advanced training to team members on IP equipment.
- Oversee CAPEX/OPEX for IP equipment management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, HCIP (or higher).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong focus on service quality and customer experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive, resilient mindset.
