Role Summary
The TAC IP Engineer role involves providing operational support for the IP/MPLS network, ensuring its stability and reliability. The engineer will lead maintenance efforts, deliver technical support, and enhance service quality through audits and training.
Job Description
Deliver operational support and perform network health checks on the IP/MPLS network, ensuring stability and reliability, while resolving escalations from 1st-level support to maintain customer satisfaction. Lead preventive maintenance, deliver Level 3 technical support, and improve service quality through performance audits. Provide advanced training and oversee CAPEX/OPEX for IP equipment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, HCIP (or higher)
Strong focus on service quality and customer experience
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A proactive, resilient mindset
