The Talent Acquisition Executive at Trinitium engages in daily recruitment activities, collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The work environment is dynamic, requiring a proactive approach to employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as maintaining HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred.
Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and major job platforms.
Good understanding of Malaysian labour regulations and HR best practices.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
