This role involves overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR documentation, and contributing to employee engagement and internal event management. The executive will ensure recruitment and HR processes comply with company standards and Malaysian employment laws, while fostering positive communication with candidates and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred.
Familiar with ATS, HRIS, and major job platforms.
Good understanding of Malaysian labour regulations and HR best practices.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Professional, approachable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset.
