As a Team Leader in Wellness, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and maintaining accurate product information. You will oversee the organization’s efficiency, ensuring assets are well-maintained and safety equipment is operational. Additionally, you will lead employee training and development, motivating your team to achieve their goals while adhering to budgetary constraints and improving financial performance.
Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.
2-3 years of working experiences in retail operations management/related field.
Computer literacy skill needed: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Team.
Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
