As a Team Member in Fulfilment, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, handling inquiries and ensuring that service standards are met. You will work in a dynamic team environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with a CGPA of 2.8 and above.

Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
