
The Team Member, Mass 1 is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by efficiently managing customer inquiries. This role impacts customer satisfaction and promotes the Bank’s products and services through effective communication and sales techniques.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, handling inquiries and resolving complaints while promoting the Bank’s offerings. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with a CGPA of 2.8 and above.
Preferably with prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call centres.
Willing to work on rotational shifts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
