Role Summary
The Technical Lead (GIT) is responsible for leading the design, development, and enhancement of business-critical applications. This role plays a crucial part in driving the technical strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions.
Job Description
In this role, you will report to the Head of Engineering and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day development processes and collaborate closely with team members to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of business-critical applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
- Drive the technical strategy for software solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and scalable software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 5 years of strong experience in Java and Spring Boot framework
Proficient in using dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle
Strong background in RESTful API design principles
Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security principles
Basic understanding of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
