Technical Lead of Core & Cloud Microservices at Maxis Communications - Kuala Lumpur

The Technical Lead of Core & Cloud Microservices is responsible for overseeing the system ownership and delivery of critical enterprise platforms. This role involves collaboration with various teams to design and implement system solutions that meet business needs while ensuring high performance and quality standards.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include leading projects related to CRM and other systems, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of system enhancements. You will work closely with project managers, business units, and development teams in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of system solutions for CPQ Salesforce and Cloud Core Microservices.
• Collaborate with ISD Project Managers and Enterprise Business units to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop system enhancements and manage the entire system development life cycle.
• Ensure software quality assurance and manage risks and issues throughout the project.
• Maintain proper documentation and support queries related to system functionalities.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with developers for effective project execution.
• Lead projects related to CRM and other enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
