This role is a Technical Lead responsible for managing and delivering microservices systems including CPQ Salesforce, Pricing Engine, Sales Engine, and Cloud Core Microservices. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to design and implement system solutions while overseeing development life cycle, quality assurance, and vendor relationships.
Job Description
The role involves being the system owner and delivery lead for CPQ Salesforce, Pricing Engine, Sales Engine, and Cloud Core Microservices within Enterprise Core Platforms. The candidate will support ISD Project Managers, Enterprise Business units, BAs, network teams, and work with vendors or developers to design and deliver system solutions according to business requirements while considering system features, performance, capabilities, limitations, and dependencies on other systems. The position is also accountable for developing system enhancements, managing the entire system development life cycle, ensuring software quality assurance, managing risks and issues, maintaining proper documentation, supporting queries, leading projects related to CRM and other systems, and managing vendor relationships.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 to 10 years working experience in CRM, strong Ordering Management skills, Cloud Core Microservice, Java, JavaScripts, Object Oriented programming, XML, Python Programming, UNIX/Linux and various proprietary programming language e.g. Salesforce APEX (JAVA like).
Strong Logical problem solving abilities, to use logical and
Java programming, Unix shell scripting, XML, Python
PL/SQL and oracle database.
Familiar with Telecommunication network and services.
Project management and leadership skills.
Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a team player
