As a Technical Service Advisor, you will develop and manage product quality management systems for Fuels and Lubricants, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will provide technical support to various business teams, handle customer complaints, and conduct training on product knowledge. Your role will also involve conducting quality assessments and collaborating with sales teams and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00
Preferably 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience
Good interpersonal and people management skills
Basic knowledge on manufacturing of hydrocarbon fuels
Fresh graduates with outstanding academic results are encouraged to apply
Willing to travel and possess own transport
Must be willing to work in Damansara Height, Kuala Lumpur
