Job Description
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising the activities of process control leaders, machine operators, assemblers, and other manufacturing personnel. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that production processes run smoothly, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing workflow efficiency. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting any issues that arise during manufacturing operations and providing guidance to team members to enhance their performance. Job Requirements
SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of process control and manufacturing practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
