As a Payroll Assistant, you will serve as the key liaison between executives and both internal and external staff. Your role will involve ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and addressing payroll inquiries. You will also assist in the preparation of payroll reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Effective communication and organizational skills will be essential as you coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth payroll operations.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level
Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A' Level / Pre-U
Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
