As a Telesales Executive, you will promote and acquire customers for various products within the Maybank Group. Your role involves achieving sales performance through upselling and cross-selling, adhering to banking regulations, and championing the Maybank brand to enhance customer loyalty. You will also be responsible for effectively meeting customer requirements while maintaining integrity in all interactions.
Degree or Diploma holders from a recognized university, or SPM holders with experience in sales/telesales.
Result-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.
Good knowledge in financial and banking products.
Team player with initiatives and assertiveness.
Strong relationship building, influencing skills and selling skills.
Ability to work well with others and build rapport in business situations.
Good customer service skills including researching and resolving customer issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
