
The Teller is responsible for assisting customers with remittance services and providing essential information regarding transactions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, providing them with information on remittance services, including exchange rates and transaction terms. You will be responsible for handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate processing of remittance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field.
Basic numeracy and computer literacy are required.
Additional certification in banking or money services is an advantage.
1 to 2 years of experience in remittance, banking, customer service, or cash-handling roles; fresh graduates may be considered.
Strong cash-handling skills with high accuracy are required.
