
The Teller is responsible for serving customers by providing remittance information and handling cash transactions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, explaining remittance processes and assisting with transactions. You will work in a dynamic setting where accuracy and customer service are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Basic numeracy and computer literacy.
Additional certification in banking or money services is an advantage.
1 to 2 years of experience in remittance, banking, customer service, or cash-handling roles; fresh graduates may be considered.
Familiarity with remittance systems such as Western Union or MoneyGram is an added advantage.
Strong cash-handling skills with high accuracy.
Good communication skills in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
