
The Territory Manager role involves overseeing the performance of retail fuel service stations and driving marketing initiatives to enhance sales and profitability. The position requires strong relationship management with service station dealers and a focus on customer service excellence.
As a Territory Manager, you will monitor and improve the financial and operational performance of wholesale sites, manage a network of Retail Fuel Service Stations, and drive marketing programs to achieve growth. You will build strong relationships with service station dealers, ensure customer service standards are met, and oversee the training and development of site operators.
A Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
Preferably 2 years’ experience in Retail or Sales related field
Effective organizational management and communication skills
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
Willing to travel and possess own transport
Flexibility in relocating across Malaysia
