Job Description
The Test Lead role involves preparing detailed SIT test plans and test reports, designing automation frameworks, developing and executing test scripts, and performing technical test execution activities. The position includes responsibilities such as preparing test cases, planning test execution, assigning tasks, reverse engineering requirements, mitigating business risks, collaborating with development teams, improving test processes, and assisting the Test Manager in test estimation.
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
Have a minimum total of 4 years of working experience in software testing, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing using the Selenium/Appium framework and Micro focus Unified functional Testing(UFT) and tools.
Experience in creating and executing test scenarios for mobile software products, with strong interest in and knowledge of various mobile devices and operating systems.
Familiar with various testing tools and methodologies such as JIRA, HP Performance Centre, HP LoadRunner, Testing Process and Strategy.
Knowledge of TMMi Testing Framework is an added advantage.
Candidates with Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification are preferred.
Knowledge of resorts wide business operations such as Commerce, Hotel, Mobile Application and Web systems.
