The TM PROTEGE RTW (Ready-to-Work) program is responsible for equipping Malaysian graduates with essential skills and experience for the corporate world. This immersive program combines intensive soft skills training with on-the-job experience, enhancing employability and building a strong foundation for a successful career.

Participants in the TM PROTEGE program will engage in a dynamic work environment where they will develop practical skills through hands-on training and structured learning. Over the course of 8 months, they will be exposed to various aspects of corporate operations, fostering both personal and professional growth.
