• Design and develop training materials using tools such as Canva.
• Create engaging content for product knowledge, service and technical skills, and soft skills.
• Develop guidebooks and manuals to support training initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
