The position requires conducting in-house training sessions, maintaining accurate training records including attendance, certifications, and post-training evaluations, and liaising with external training providers.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years working experience in retail operations, training, or coaching roles.
Possess Train The Trainer (TTT) certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
