
The Training & Development Executive (Trainer) is responsible for assessing outlets based on policy and standard operating procedures (SOP) and training retail staff to support skill development. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the capabilities of the workforce and ensuring compliance with training standards.
In this position, you will conduct in-house training sessions and maintain accurate training records, including attendance, certifications, and post-training evaluations. You will also liaise with external training providers to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years working experience in retail operations, training, or coaching roles.
Possess Train The Trainer (TTT) certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
