Job Description

The Training Executive at GBR Group is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training and employee engagement programs that promote upskilling, professional development, and organizational effectiveness. The role includes planning and executing events that enhance workplace culture and align with the company’s mission to empower people and support long-term success. The position involves assessing training needs, creating and monitoring training programs, organizing employee engagement activities, maintaining training records, preparing reports, and collaborating with managers and external partners to ensure training initiatives meet business needs and comply with internal policies and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years managing L&D/Corporate Training, Employee Engagement, and HR support functions.

Proficiency in the full training cycle including needs assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation.

Proven ability to create diverse, high-quality training materials such as manuals, workshops, and e-learning modules.

Experience utilizing an LMS and managing training records/data, with familiarity of e-learning authoring tools being a plus.

Knowledge of policy adherence and industry best practices in training.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills for dynamic in-person and virtual delivery.

Proven organizational skills for planning and executing employee engagement events and managing complex training logistics.

Ability to collaborate with managers, assess needs, and manage external vendors/partners effectively.

Passion for strengthening organizational culture and boosting employee morale.
