The Travel Consultant Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur at The Ascent, Paradigm PJ. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining proper phone etiquette. The consultant plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience, working a five-day week with two days off.
Experience in Travel Consultant, Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience.
Ability to provide excellent phone etiquette.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotation shift basis, including weekends.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for communication with overseas colleagues and clients.
Additional fluency in other languages is a plus.
