Role Summary
This role is for an RFP Operation Executive in the travel industry. The position involves connecting with hotels and helping to streamline rate submissions, with a schedule of a 5-day work week in a vibrant location.
Job Description
The RFP Operation Executive in the travel industry is responsible for contacting domestic and international hotels to introduce current RFP projects. This role requires assisting hotels to promptly log in to the RFP system for corporate rate submissions and providing feedback and resolving any issues encountered during the system login or price submission process. This is a full-time on-site position based at The Ascent, Paradigm PJ, with a 5-day work week and 2 days off.
Job Requirements
Proficient in both Chinese and English.
Proficiency in Russian, Thai, Japanese, or Vietnamese, in addition to Chinese and English, is preferred.
Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word.
Skilled in learning and capable of quickly mastering the basic functions of the RFP system after training.
Strong expression ability.
Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented approach.
Capable of promptly identifying and reporting issues in the work, and adjusting work methods according to project requirements.
