Role Summary
The RFP Operation Executive is responsible for managing the RFP process in the travel industry. This role involves liaising with hotels to facilitate corporate rate submissions and ensuring a smooth operation of the RFP system.
Job Description
In this full-time on-site position, the RFP Operation Executive will engage with both domestic and international hotels to introduce current RFP projects. The role is based at The Ascent, Paradigm PJ, and follows a 5-day work week with 2 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact domestic and international hotels to introduce RFP projects.
- Assist hotels in logging into the RFP system for corporate rate submissions.
- Provide feedback and resolve issues encountered during the system login process.
- Ensure timely submission of corporate rates by hotels.
- Identify and report issues in the work process promptly.
- Adjust work methods according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the RFP process.
Job Requirements
Proficient in both Chinese and English.
Proficiency in Russian, Thai, Japanese, or Vietnamese is preferred.
Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word.
Strong expression ability.
Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented approach.
