Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the daily design processes for web, mobile, and self-service platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with product managers and developers in a dynamic environment to bring innovative design concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for digital products from concept to execution.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop prototypes and design systems to enhance user interaction.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs effectively.
- Support branding and marketing initiatives through visual design.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives.
- Utilize data and user insights to guide design improvements.
Job Requirements
4+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction Designer for digital or web-based products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within agile development teams.
Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and modern UX design tools (e.g., Figma).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
