
The Travel Consultant Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role significantly impacts the overall customer experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Travel Consultant Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur at The Ascent, Paradigm PJ. The role involves delivering excellent customer service while working a five-day week with two days off.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in Travel Consulting, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
Additional fluency in other languages is a plus.
