Job Description

The Travel Consultant Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur at The Ascent, Paradigm PJ. The role involves delivering excellent customer service while working a five-day week with two days off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Maintain proper phone etiquette during interactions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Multitask effectively while paying attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Work in a 24/7 rotation shift basis, including weekends.

Job Requirements

Experience in Travel Consulting, Customer Support, or Customer Service.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.

Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Additional fluency in other languages is a plus.
