Job Description
As an Undergraduate Intern in Procurement at Dell Technologies, you will engage in commodity areas, procurement activities, product return processes, and related tasks. Your day-to-day work will involve placing purchase orders, managing supplier performance, and tracking supply availability in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Manage supplier performance to maintain quality standards.
- Track supply availability to support production needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance procurement processes.
- Support purchasing documentation and invoice review for accuracy.
- Assist in product return processes to streamline operations.

Job Requirements
Internship intake in Feb/ March 2026 onwards with a 4-6 months duration.
Basic ability to track supply and availability of components, materials, or services.
Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic organizational skills and result-driven mindset.
Desirable ability to communicate well with senior team members.
Candidates with digital fluency are considered a strong advantage.
Ability to confidently use digital tools and technologies.
